Coronavirus – Keeping our guests safe

Social distancing rules: Wash your hands, stay home when sick, don't use your friends as bear bait.

Jokes aside, we take Covid-19 very seriously. We want to protect our guests as much as we can, so we are taking advice from all organisations we work with to make your stay as safe as we can possibly make it.

Unfortunately this does come at a cost. Check in and out times will be affected to allow for a deep clean of the cottage before and after every booking.

In line with government guidelines, if you or any of your party are showing any symptoms of Covid-19 before you leave, please do not travel.

If you get in touch with us we can arrange cancelling or rescheduling your stay.

During your stay, please continue to follow government guidelines while out and about and wash your hands on re-entering the cottage. If you become symptomatic during your stay, please call NHS 119 and follow their advice. Please let us know so we can talk to you about your options and take precautions to ensure the safety of the guests and cleaners coming to the cottage after you.

Before you leave, please would you load the dishwasher and start the cycle, but do not unload it. Our cleaners can unload it and put it all away.

Our cleaners have given us a list of cleaning that will be done, on top of the usual cleaning you would expect. They will be wearing full PPE while they are in the cottage. If you arrive and the cleaners are still in the property, please stay outside until they leave.

We hope that these measures will help you to relax during your holiday, knowing that everything has been done to keep you safe.
